Overall Impression: I'm not the biggest fan of light roasts, and Door Kicker didn't change my mind. While I usually drink my coffee black, I would add some cream and sugar to this brew.
That being said, I'm curious to try it again as espresso. Light roasts can sometimes shine in espresso drinks, and Door Kicker might have some hidden potential there.
